Are you planning a long-distance weekend getaway? Does it require a passport? Do you often find yourself cramping up in the middle seat of your economy flight? Here are a few quick tips to make your trip more relaxing this weekend and every weekend:
1. Sit tall and straight – Sit up as straight and as tall as you can and draw your shoulders back, while holding in your chin. Hold the position and repeat five times.
2. Roll your shoulders – Roll ‘em back and forward 10 times.
3. Ankle circles – Avoid charley horse by lifting your right foot off the floor and rotate it 10 times clockwise and then 10 times counter clockwise. When you’re done, do the same with your left foot.
