Located on a quiet street just off Spadina and King, one would not expect to find a Parisian bistro among office buildings on Wellington St. If it wasn’t for the raving reviews and recommendations on Urbanspoon, I probably would not have headed this direction to look for a place to dine.
I remember going there for the first time with my friend Becky and feeling I was going the wrong direction, and the sweet relief when I saw the charming little building with a sign that said “Le Select Bistro” (432 Wellington St. W., Toronto ON). Here’s my Toronto restaurant review of the charming little eatery.
The interior of the bistro was dimly lit at dinner time to create a relaxing soothing ambiance.
The huge open-concept kitchen is located below the main floor of the bistro. You can see chefs busy cooking and pushing out food.
