America’s history is coming alive in a new way with the grand opening of Philadelphia’s Benjamin Franklin Museum (317 Chestnut St., Philadelphia PA). Visitors can learn more about one of the more colorful of the Founding Fathers through artifacts, computer exhibits, and interactive displays. There’s much to love and hate about this Renaissance man, and the displays use technology to transport visitors to 18th century life in order to really understand Franklin and his role in our nation.
Tickets are only $5 for adults, $2 for children 16 and under. Be sure to arrive as early as possible, since there are a limited number of timed-entry tickets available each day.
