We’ve got four corn mazes in the U.P. that I’m aware of, and they range from kid friendly fun to one haunted corn maze that’s reportedly led several people to pee their pants. Now that’s what I call getting your moneys worth!
Hayes Corn Maze – Rock
The Hayes Corn Maze in Rock offers much more than just the corn maze. The Hayes family has been at it for a while and in addition to the corn maze, their location now includes a hay maze, pedal races, riddle mania, a pumpkin tree house, “corn-frence” rooms, a rope maze, hay mountain, Caley’s store, Cassey’s concessions, Norah’s ark, hay rides, a picnic area, lariat challenge, campfire, picture land, a pumpkin slinger, duck racing, a kids straw tunnel, and a photo contest.

Getzloff’s Corn Maze – Wilson
The Getzloff’s Corn Maze in Wilson is actually the only Upper Peninsula corn maze I’ve personally checked out so far, and my family and I really enjoyed our experience. In addition to the corn maze they have a hay ride, pumpkin patch, concessions, a campfire, and lots of stuff for the kids. Some of the more kid-centric offerings include a corn sandbox, a “hay tractor” to climb on, a pit of hay for kids to jump in, a little petting zoo, and a mini tractor ride.
